Job Description
Tandem Partners is assisting a major Australian organisation to appoint a Head of Industrial Relations. The role leads the Industrial and Employee Relations function across the country, reporting to a senior HR executive and partnering with executives and operations leaders.

The successful candidate will develop a commercially focused IR strategy, lead enterprise bargaining, manage disputes, and advise on complex IR and employment law matters. Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane bases are supported.
