About the Role:
n
As a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic at Coolway Trans, you will work as part of our PM shift team, playing a crucial role in servicing and repairing our fleet of refrigerated vehicles, including rigid trucks, trailers, dollies, and prime movers.
n

Steering and Suspension repairs
n
Electrical faults, diagnosis and repairs
n
Preventative maintenance and repairs
n
Scheduled truck & trailer servicing
n
Removing and fitting tyres
n




Offsite and breakdown repairs
n
Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic qualifications or Minimum 4th year apprentice
n
Previous experience working with refrigerated fleets desirable
n

What you'll bring

Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic qualification (or minimum 4th-year apprentice)
n
Experience with refrigerated fleets (highly regarded)
n
HR/HC licence (an advantage)
n
n

Above-award wages — $55+ per hour

Paid overtime after 8 hours
