Job Description

Cape York Partnership in Australia is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner to work with GPs, nurses and allied health staff within the Ngak Min Health team to deliver coordinated, culturally protected care.

You will undertake clinical assessments, health checks, immunisations and health education, contributing to prevention and early management of conditions while supporting clients and families with respectful, community-centered care.
