Job Description

The AFL is seeking a Talent Manager - Victoria to lead the contemporary Victorian talent pathway. Based in Melbourne, you will deliver strategic leadership across 12 Talent Regions, the AFL Talent League and Victoria Metro/Country programs, ensuring protected, high-performing environments aligned with national strategy.
