Job Description

Red Nose Australia, Hawthorn-based with a hybrid work rhythm, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead its corporate operations and partner with the CEO and Board.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee finance, risk, governance, IT, facilities, contracts and grants, and will drive strategy execution, funding stewardship and a values‐led culture across a national charity employing 100+ people.
