Tweddle is a registered public hospital with its head office located in Footscray offering a range of early parenting programs including residential, day long and sessional groups at our main campuses at Footscray and Wyndham.

We are looking for aDirector of Nursingto on a full-time fixed term basis for 12 months, with an opportunity to convert to permanent,

What You'll Do:

- Lead safe,



evidence-informed clinical care across Tweddle's programs
- Drive strategic initiatives aligned with our 2025–2030 Strategic Plan
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and client-centred outcomes
- Represent Tweddle in sector leadership and advocacy
- Act as Child Safety Officer and uphold our commitment to inclusion and wellbeing

What You'll Bring:

- Senior leadership experience in health, social services, or community settings
- AHPRA registration as RN and/or MCHN
- Postgraduate qualifications in health or human services management
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Passion for improving outcomes for families and young children
