Workforce International are seeking a Front-End Loader Operator for civil works in the Newcastle and Central Coast regions. If you're someone who works well within a steady, reliable crew and brings a practical, down-to-earth attitude to the job, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Duties n

n
- Operating a front-end loader for trenching, footings, service installations, and general civil works
n
- Conducting daily plant checks and basic maintenance
n
- Maintaining a secure work environment and following site procedures
n
- Assisting with general labouring tasks as required
n
- Supporting supervisors and contributing to efficient site operations
n

About You nn
- Demonstrated experience operating a front-end loader or backhoe
n




- Willing to assist with hands-on labouring when needed
n
- Valid backhoe/loader ticket and White Card
n
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
n
- Positive attitude and a practical, solutions-focused approach
n
