About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio with the support of strong systems, clear procedures, and an experienced team behind you. Our focus is on proactive communication, efficiency, and long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
- Managing arrears in line with company procedures
- Coordinating leases, renewals, and rent reviews




- Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies

About You

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management

Current SA registration (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture

Professional, organised, and solutions-focused

Experience with property management software preferred
