Job Description
Kate & Kole Pty Ltd in Newcastle is seeking a friendly, proactive customer experience specialist to own the first conversations across live chat, Instagram and email.
You'll guide clients through what they want, when they want it, and what guidance they need, directing them to the right team when appropriate.
You'll work across the studio, engage with clients about engagement, weddings, and after-sales enquiries, and help convert inquiries into in-person appointments.
