What your day will look like

- Deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Assist customers with enquiries relating to their loan applications and accounts.
- Process customer requests, account updates and operational activities accurately and efficiently.
- Manage payment processing, account maintenance and customer follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer queries and support positive outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Prioritise tasks effectively while meeting service levels and operational deadlines.
- Support a strong risk and compliance culture by adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
