Job Description

7-Eleven Australia is seeking a Field Manager to lead 10–14 stores across Central West NSW, including Blue Mountains, Orange, Bathurst, Lithgow and Penrith. You will empower store teams and drive customer service excellence while maintaining high standards in-store.

The role combines store visits with time spent at the Richmond office and work from home, offering a strong salary, bonus potential, and a fully maintained car, phone, and laptop to support your day-to-day success.
