Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, a luxury 5-star hotel in Melbourne's CBD, seeks a capable leader for Conference & Events Operations. You will oversee event planning, staff allocations, and pre-event preparations to ensure seamless delivery.

You will supervise front-of-house and food & beverage service, liaise with kitchen teams, maintain hygiene and standards, and work with the Conference and Events Sales team to fulfil client requirements.
