What you'll be doing

- Be an integral part of our restaurant and banquets kitchen team
- Wash kitchen equipment and crockery to a high standard
- Use dishwashing machinery and cleaning chemicals safely
- Maintain excellent cleanliness of the kitchens and food outlets
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met at all times
- Smooth operation of the loading bay, relocating deliveries & waste disposal bins
