JUNIOR KITCHEN HAND / FOOD INDUSTRY TRAINEE

Sandwich Chefs – Orion Springfield Central

- Junior position – ideally suitable for someone aged 16 or under
- Outstanding opportunity for a young person interested in building a career in the food and hospitality industry
- RELIABILITY & AVAILABILITY ARE ESSENTIAL
- MUST be available regularly between 8:00am and 2:00pm
- Available almost any day of the week, including weekdays and weekends
- Approximately 3–4 hours per shift
- Please do not apply if you cannot commit to regular availability between 8am and 2pm
- Assist chefs and senior team members with basic kitchen and food preparation duties
- Washing dishes, cleaning, organising and keeping the kitchen and work areas tidy
- Restocking, packing, preparing ingredients and other general shop duties
- Assist with preparing the shop for busy trading periods
- Help our senior team so they can concentrate on customer service, selling and cooking
- Learn valuable skills in food preparation, food safety, hospitality and customer service
