We're looking for a kitchen steward to join our team. This is a hands on role in a busy kitchen responsible for keeping kitchen utensils and equipment clean and ready for service. You will be working with industrial machinery and ensuring the kitchen remains organised and hygienic

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating industrial dishwashers for plates, cutlery and utensils
- Manually washing pots, pans, and larger kitchen equipment
- Emptying bins and maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout service
- Assisting with stocking and organising kitchen supplies
- Supporting the chefs by ensuring a steady supply of clean equipment

What we're looking for:

- A hard working and reliable team member
- Must be available to work weekends
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid paced high volume kitchen
- Comfortable with physical work

Language:

Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
