We're seeking a reliable Labourer with basic welding experience to join a busy manufacturing operation in Riverview, Queensland.

This is a hands-on role combining labouring duties with simple welding tasks in a production setting. You don't need advanced fabrication experience. If you can confidently MIG weld and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Welding reinforcement cages (reo cages) for precast concrete pits
- Basic steel welding to drawings and specifications
- General labouring and manual handling
- Assisting with fabrication and yard operations
- Supporting warehouse and production activities

The welding required is straightforward and primarily used to secure steel prior to concrete pours. ? About the Company

⏰ Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 38 hours per week
- Standard shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Occasional early shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm
- No weekend work required

✅ What You'll Need

- Previous labouring or manufacturing experience
- Basic welding skills (MIG welding preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and reliable
- Ability to work independently and within a small team

Desirable but not essential:
- LF Forklift Licence
- White Card
