Due to increased demand TrueGreen has the need for a well qualified Landscaper Architect/Project Manager that has the ability to interpret landscape architected project drawings and documentation and develop tender responses based on these requirements. While this is initially a part-time role it has the strong likelihood of developing into a permanent part time role or a full time activity.
Although a member of a broader tender response team the individual must have the ability to take leadership of the landscaping segment of the tender and developing the financial response to the tender requirements.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:
- A background of delivering projects of a soft/hard landscape nature. Demonstrate technical competence
- Experience in managing a supply chain of potential candidates (including TrueGreen staff)
to enable the delivery of the tendered projects
- Have an ability to reach out and engage with sub contractors to fill gaps in capability needed for the tender response
- Robust communication skills to support internal and external activities
- An attention to detail especially in the development of financial quotes
- Project manage the delivery of the successful tenders
- An ability to engage quickly
While a significant amount of work can be accomplished remotely there will be the need to spend face to face time with staff and management on a regular basis at our Red Hill Head Office (Brisbane) The successful candidate will report into our Operations Manager for guidance on the projects
