About the role

Hardline Landscape & Construction WA is seeking a skilled Landscape Construction qualified to join our team in Baldivis, WA. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality landscape construction projects for our valued clients. You will be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces through expert craftsmanship, precision work, and a commitment to excellence.

This role is integral to our reputation for delivering exceptional landscape construction solutions across the region.

What you'll be doing

- Executing landscape construction projects according to design specifications and site plans
- Preparing and levelling ground surfaces, installing hardscaping elements such as pavers, retaining walls, and edging
- Planting trees, shrubs, and garden beds with attention to aesthetics and long-term viability
- Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including excavators, compactors, and mowers
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials including timber, stone, and concrete
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction
- Following health and safety protocols and industry best practices at all times
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any site-specific concerns

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in landscape construction or related building trades
- Sound knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and plant species
- Competency in operating landscaping machinery and hand tools
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in outdoor conditions




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various sites
- Current First Aid certificate (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in landscape construction or horticulture (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
