WHAT WE OFFER...

- Brisbane based work - sites primarily on the south side.
- Commercial landscape maintenance (not construction).

WHAT WE ARE NOT: Advance Plants is focused on excellence in commercial landscape maintenance and are disciplined at what we say 'no' to. For example, we do NOT do:

- Council mowing / highway mowing / parks. Our team prefers to focus on high quality gardens.
- Small commercial sites. Our team prefers larger commercial sites, rather than driving to lots of small sites in a day.
- Residential sites. We focus on large shopping centres, hotels, body corporates etc rather than individual homes.
- Landscape construction.



Our speciality is providing high quality garden maintenance rather than building current landscapes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

- Primarily, we are looking for great people who we'll enjoy having as part of the team. We prefer to wait for the right candidate than rush to fill a gap.
- Applicants must have experience in landscape maintenance (i.e. gardening) and/or a relevant horticultural qualification (e.g. TAFE Cert III).
- Applicants must have permanent work rights in Australia. This role is not suitable for those that require sponsorship and/or on working holiday visas.
- A current driver's licence is essential.
