We're hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team looking after residential, acreage and commercial properties across South East Queensland.

Cambium Land Management is an ecological land management and landscape maintenance business based in Rocklea.

What sets us apart is how we do it: we work with nature, not against it. That means reading each site, understanding what's growing and why, and maintaining landscapes so they stay healthy and look sharp over the long term.

The work

- Mowing, brushcutting, hedging, blowing, spraying and site presentation.
- Tree planting, weed control, and garden pruning.

You'll operate a diverse range of equipment, from commercial mowers, brushcutters and hedge trimmers through to larger machinery as your skills and experience grow. No two days are the same: suburban residential gardens, rural acreage and commercial grounds. You'll work solo or as part of small team (1-3 others) depending on the work.

Who we're looking for

Zero experience, a career change, or a few years under your belt: all welcome. If you're new, we'll teach you. If you're experienced, awesome.

What matters most is that you're reliable, on time,



take pride in your work, and are comfortable working outdoors in Queensland conditions. A current driver's licence is required.

- We fund and support formal qualifications and tickets including herbicide application, remote first aid, chainsaw competencies and other relevant certificates.

Nice to have Current ACDC. Chainsaw tickets. Experience on zero turn or stand on mowers. Construction white card.
