GoTurf is a family-owned and operated Queensland business. We grow our turf on our own farm in the Glasshouse Mountains area and supply and install from our Brendale store and warehouse. Our customers stretch from the Gold Coast to Gladstone and everywhere in between.

The Role

As well as supplying turf, our crew prepares sites and installs turf for commercial and residential clients across South East Queensland. We're known for top-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. We're looking for an experienced Landscaper to join our installation team at Brendale.

The jobs vary from residential backyards to large commercial, sporting and golf course projects. You'll take a site from bare ground to finished lawn: excavating, levelling, prepping the soil and laying turf. Some days you'll lead a job on your own and other days you'll be part of a larger crew.

What You'll Be Doing

- Site preparation, including excavation, grading, levelling, soil and underlay preparation, and drainage
- Installing turf on residential, commercial and sporting projects, from small yards to large-scale installs
- Operating machinery from Dingo-style mini loaders up to 8-tonne excavators
- Loading and unloading turf and materials at the Brendale store and on site
- Running jobs yourself where needed: planning the work, managing your time and delivering to spec




- Leaving every site clean and every customer impressed

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years' experience in turf preparation and general landscaping, from golf courses to residential backyards
- Confidence operating machinery from mini loaders (Dingo) up to 8-tonne excavators
- A current manual driver's licence (essential)
- An HR licence and forklift licence (highly regarded)
- The ability to work without supervision: you can read a job, make positive decisions and get it done right the first time
- High standards and full ownership of the quality of your work

Location Based at our Brendale store (Leitchs Road, Brendale 4500), with work across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
