K&M; Gardening & Landscaping is a growing landscape construction business delivering commercial and residential projects across Melbourne's west – including childcare centres, schools, aged care, strata and private homes.

We're looking for an experienced landscaper to join us part-time (2–3 days per week), with a clear pathway to full time as the business grows.

What you'll be doing

- Building retaining walls (sleeper, block and concrete)
- Concrete work – set-out, formwork, pouring and finishing
- Fencing installation – Colorbond, timber, pool and commercial fencing
- General landscape construction – paving, turf, garden beds, drainage and site prep
- Operating small plant and equipment

What we're looking for
- 2–3+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience




- Confident with retaining walls, concrete and fencing, able to work with minimal supervision
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- White Card and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual and proud of quality work

What we offer
- $32–$38 per hour plus super, depending on experience
- Part-time to start, with a pathway to full-time
