The Role
This is an outstanding chance to step into a broad commercial litigation role at Associate level, with exposure to market-leading work. The team has not recruited in the market for some time, making this a genuinely rare opening in a top-tier disputes practice.
You will act on strategically significant and headline-making matters spanning:
- Complex commercial litigation and arbitration
- Competition and consumer law disputes
- Regulatory proceedings, class actions and investigations
- Royal Commissions and other public inquiries
- Multi-jurisdictional disputes across industries
