Control Systems Engineer
- 10 years or more BHPIO/WAIO or similar industry experience
- Recent experience with Car Dumper optimization/upgrade projects at Port facilities
- Extensive experience in Allen Bradley RSLogix5000 or Studio5000
- Extensive experience in Allen Bradley GuardLogix PLC, Ethernet/IP protocol, E300 Electronic
Overload Relay, Flex5000 I/O, ArmorBlock I/O, Siemens MV and LV drives,
Multilin Feeder and Motor Protection Relays, ABB DC drives
- Previous experience with BHPIO projects and Port/WAIO standard drive logic
- Previous experience with Stackers, Reclaimers and Ship Loaders
- Previous experience with BHPIO Port or similar process control system
- In office commissioning for upto 6 months
Other experience
- PMAC PlantSCADA, route sequencing system, advanced process control, remote control unloading system, remote isolation system, Tower control, Ethernet and DeviceNet network, functional safety life cycle, safety logic, electrical schematics.
