? About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. Our centre operates from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead your room of educators in delivering a high-quality, engaging program.
- Plan, document, and reflect on the learning and development of each child in your care.
- Mentor and support your fellow educators and assistants to ensure a cohesive room environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for families, conducting orientations and daily handovers.
- Contribute your insights to the centre’s ongoing Quality Improvement Plan.

? You'll Need

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Relevant prior experience in an early childhood setting
- Previous experience in leading a room will be highly regarded
- First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)
- Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)
- Completed Child Protection training
- Availability to work 5 days a week across all opening and closing shifts
