About the Role

As our Lead Educator / Float, you will:

- Work across all rooms of the centre as required
- Support educators and provide leadership throughout the day
- Build positive and nurturing relationships with children
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences
- Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with families
- Assist with routines, transitions and daily centre operations
- Step into Lead Educator responsibilities when required
- Be versatile and available to work all shifts across the centre, 5 days a week.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting




- Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable and flexible attitude
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and education to children
- Availability to work across all shifts, including opening and closing shifts
