Regathered builds AI workforces for Australian service businesses. Unlike many AI companies, we don't touch the backend, accounts, or admin. All we care about here is leads and revenue. New Leads and Reactivation Campaigns that hit their existing databases via strategic SMS and Email campaigns backed by AI.

We are growing extremely quick, the whole team is onshore, and our clients deal with us directly, not through account managers.

We're now launching Regathered VIP, an invite-only tier for clients who've gotten strong results in their first 10 weeks with us. For VIP clients, we run the whole growth engine: we run the ads, we generate the leads, and our AI converts them. Most agencies hand over leads and walk away. We stay and close them.

That's where you come in.

The role

You'll own paid acquisition for our VIP clients end to end. You'll plan, build, launch, optimise and report on Meta and Google campaigns across a portfolio of service based businesses. Our clients include health, real estate, finance, education, care, trades and more. You'll build the landing pages, test the creative, build out campaigns, and sit across the numbers that matter: cost per lead, booked calls, and revenue back to the client.

This isn't a "set the campaigns and send a monthly PDF" job. Every lead you generate flows straight into our AI engine, so you'll see exactly what converts. We expect you to use that data.

What you'll do

- Build and run Meta and Google Ads campaigns for up to 15 client accounts at once (service-based businesses only)
- Build high-converting landing pages and funnels quickly (leveraging GHL is fine)
- Brief, write and test ad creative and copy, using AI tools to move faster
- Own tracking and attribution: pixels, conversions API, GA4, offline conversions from the CRM
- Talk directly with business owners: onboarding,



strategy calls, performance updates, and hard conversations when results dip
- Report in commercial terms (CPL, cost per booking, ROAS, payback), not vanity metrics
- Work closely with our build team so ad data and the AI follow-up engine work together
- Help shape the VIP offer as it scales, including playbooks, templates and what "good" looks like per industry

- What you'll bring

- 2+ years hands-on managing Meta and Google Ads, with at least some of that time in an agency
- Proven experience juggling 15+ accounts at once without letting any slip
- Track record generating leads for service businesses, with results you can show us
- Ability to build landing pages yourself (GHL, Lovable, etc)
- Genuine fluency with AI tools in your workflow for creative, copy, analysis and reporting
- Commercial brain: you understand margins, lead value and what an owner actually cares about
- Confidence dealing with business owners directly, including pushing back when needed
- Strong tracking and analytics skills (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI)

- Video ad creative or editing skills (or working directly with video marketing agencies when required)
- Experience in trades, health, care, real estate or finance verticals
- You've worked in a performance-based or results-linked agency model
