? Hiring Lead & Principal Acurity Consultants (12 month Contract) ?

I am currently partnering with a premier Australian technology and professional services firm to recruit top-tier Acurity Delivery talent for contract opportunities in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

Our client supports leading organisations across digital transformation, application modernisation, cloud, data, AI, and specialist technology delivery within the superannuation sector.

The Opportunities

We are seeking candidates for two key contract positions within our client’s Acurity / Superannuation practice:

Lead Consultant – Acurity Delivery

- Lead medium-to-large Acurity delivery workstreams and application support engagements.
- Translate business requirements into practical solution designs, estimates, implementation plans, and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Requires a minimum of 6 years of hands-on Acurity platform experience and approximately 12+ years of overall IT experience.

Principal Consultant – Acurity Delivery

- Lead strategic Acurity consulting engagements and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.




- Shape Acurity transformation roadmaps, target architectures, and delivery strategies while managing large programs and workstreams.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of Acurity experience (including complex delivery leadership) and approximately 16+ years of overall IT experience.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

- Strong practical or deep domain knowledge of the Australian superannuation setting.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, customising, and integrating Acurity solutions.
- Understanding of solution/application architecture and cloud technologies such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency or practical exposure to modern programming languages (.NET, Java, Python, or C++).
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Principal Role: ASFA 100 or ASFA RG 146 certification is preferred.
