Across our Hampstead, Notting Hill and Bayswater sites, we provide vibrant and joyful Montessori environments for children aged 2½-16. We are seeking an inspiring AMI 3–6 trained Montessori Teacher to lead our Notting Hill Children’s House. This is a rare opportunity to shape a thriving prepared environment, guide a committed team and contribute to the continuing development of an established Montessori organisation.
The Role As Lead Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your Children’s House, shaping a calm, purposeful and beautiful Montessori environment while leading and inspiring your classroom team.
You Will
- Guide each child’s development with care, insight and respect
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Montessori materials and child development
- Lead with clarity, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture
- Build positive, skilled relationships with families
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
We are looking for a confident and reflective Montessori practitioner who:
- Holds an AMI 3–6 Diploma and experience with young children
- Brings strong leadership, organisation and clear communication
- Builds relationships with ease and professionalism
- Is committed to safeguarding,
equity and inclusion
