Position Descriptor:

The Early Years Leader / Educational Leader provides pedagogical leadership for the preschool program and leads the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. The role is responsible for guiding the teaching and learning approach of the early years team, including approximately 6 staff, incorporating educators and ECW staff, to ensure a consistent, inclusive and evidence-informed program that supports positive outcomes for all children.

This position includes an active preschool teaching role, with responsibility for planning, teaching, assessment and reporting in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, site priorities, and Department for Education requirements.

Please note that part time and adaptable arrangements will be considered.
