Position Descriptor:

The Tailored Learning and Vocational Education Leader will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality, flexible and personalised learning for students requiring additional support to engage successfully in education. The role will initially lead the relocation of the Tailored Learning Centre to onsite at CBHS and establish a positive, inclusive and purposeful teaching and learning setting. Working with students, families, staff, training providers, employers and community partners, the leader will strengthen engagement, vocational learning and future pathways.

The successful applicant will lead ongoing review and improvement to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved throughout the three year tenure.

Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
