Position Descriptor:

The Senior Leader: Year 11 Learners provides strategic and collaborative leadership to support the engagement, wellbeing and achievement of Year 11 students. Working closely with the Leadership Team, Learner Engagement and Wellbeing Team, staff, students and families, the position leads initiatives aligned with the school's Strategic Directions, Vision, Values and Site Learning Plan, with a focus on attendance, engagement, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches and the implementation of the Year 11 CARE program.

Please note that part time and adaptable arrangements will be considered.
