Position Descriptor:

The Senior Leader: Year 10 Learners provides strategic and cooperative leadership to support the engagement, wellbeing and achievement of Year 10 students. Working closely with the Leadership Team, Learner Engagement and Wellbeing Team, staff, students and families, the position leads initiatives aligned with the school's Strategic Directions, Vision, Values and Site Learning Plan, with a focus on attendance, engagement, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches and the implementation of the Year 10 CARE program.
