Position Descriptor:

Working at Booleroo Centre District School as a Senior Leader B-2 provides an opportunity to play a key role in the leadership and ongoing improvement of a dynamic R-12 rural school. The role has a robust focus on timetabling, school data management and school improvement, working closely with the Principal and leadership team to ensure that organisational systems support quality teaching and learning. The successful leader will oversee and coordinate whole-school timetabling and and work with the Daily Operations Manager, support staff to effectively collect, analyse and use student data to identify needs and monitor progress, and work alongside Professional Learning Communities to translate evidence into targeted improvement strategies.

The role will contribute to our priorities in literacy, numeracy, wellbeing and student agency, supporting staff to build consistent,



evidence-informed practice and evaluate the impact of their work. It provides an opportunity to work across both Primary and Secondary settings, strengthen staff capacity, contribute to whole-school improvement and make a meaningful difference to student outcomes within a collaborative and supportive rural school community.
