About Emerald Exteriors Emerald Exteriors was started from scratch in 2018 by a founder who spent years on the tools, building every client relationship personally. Over eight years we've been trusted with lawns and gardens across Sydney, and our clients stay because the work is consistent and the communication is reliable.

We're now ready to build our team and hand responsibility for those gardens to the right person. You'll be joining at the start of that growth, with a real say in how the team takes shape.

The role This is a leading hand position, starting casual for the first three months with a pathway to a part-time role with guaranteed days. Typically 3–4 days a week, with versatile days to suit the right applicant and the option to swap around rain.

Each day starts at our base in Greenacre, where you'll pick up the work vehicle and head out to jobs across Sydney.

You'll start working alongside the founder to learn our clients, standards and systems. Once you're confident, you'll run days solo and lead jobs at your freedom,



with an offsider provided on bigger workloads.

Day to day you'll be:

- Maintaining residential gardens and lawns: mowing, edging, hedging, pruning
- Planting, soil preparation, mulching and soft landscaping
- Diagnosing plant health issues and recommending treatments
- Communicating with clients on site and representing the business
- Leading an offsider on larger jobs

About you We're looking for someone with real industry experience who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us.

- Solid plant knowledge: you know what to plant where, and why
- Proven experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
- A leadership mindset: switched on, takes ownership, makes good calls on site
- Strong work ethic and positive energy you bring to the team every day
- Keen to learn and grow with the business
- Current driver's licence
- Cert III in Horticulture or Landscaping highly regarded, not essential if your experience speaks for itself
