The Opportunity Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of commercial project work, CV Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Leading Hand to join our Asset Services team based in Hendra.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine your technical plumbing expertise with the prospect to lead and support a team of plumbers and apprentices across a variety of commercial and critical infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices on site
- Delivering commercial plumbing projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Supervising daily site activities and assisting with project planning
- Ensuring work is completed within project timeframes
- Maintaining strong communication with clients, supervisors and team members
- Providing technical guidance and support to field staff
- Supporting apprentice development and training
- Promoting a positive safety culture and quality workmanship Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You You are an experienced commercial plumber who enjoys leading by example and helping others succeed.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
- Strong experience delivering commercial plumbing projects




- Previous experience leading small crews or supervising site activities
- Construction White Card
- Current C Class Driver's Licence (manual)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of plumbing standards and safe work practices
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
- EWP and Scissor Lift licences highly regarded Gas Licence desirable
