The Role

Working directly alongside our Learning & Leadership Manager , you’ll be the operational backbone driving our training resources, core learning content, and site-specific frameworks. You will transform raw concepts into polished, accessible learning tools for hundreds of staff across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Master Spreadsheet Ownership: Audit, manage, and maintain our central multi-tab master sheets—ensuring data flows seamlessly between core learning content and site-specific operational needs.
- Content Publishing & Formatting: Take raw training materials and help design, format, and publish sleek, easy-to-digest learning content directly into our systems.
- Systems & Compliance Admin: Keep learning records accurate, track compliance across our sites, and ensure all training assets are current, error-free, and easy to find.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Site Managers, the P&C; team, and operational leaders. You'll use your patience, clear boundaries, and diplomatic approach to gather critical info from busy leaders on the go.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot administrative bottlenecks, clean up data gaps, and constantly elevate how our learning systems operate.

Advanced Excel skills—you're completely comfortable navigating, cross-referencing, and managing complex master sheets with multiple dependencies.
