We're seeking a Learning & Development professional to support a major transformation initiative within a large Queensland organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing information, understanding how change impacts employees, and developing engaging learning resources that help people adopt new processes and systems.

Working closely with project teams and subject matter experts, you'll create learning solutions that simplify complex information and provide practical guidance for end users.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing learning resources, guides and support materials
- Creating clear and engaging content for diverse audiences
- Identifying learning needs arising from business and system changes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of learning and capability resources




- Applying instructional design principles to enhance user learning outcomes

What we're looking for:

- Experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Learning Design
- Strong content development and written communication skills
- Ability to convert complex information into easy-to-understand learning materials
- Experience working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Exposure to change, transformation, technology or system-related projects is highly regarded
