About the role

Jape Homemaker Village, one of Darwin's leading retail and commercial destinations, is looking for a Leasing and Property Administrator to join our Property team. This is a varied role combining leasing and property administration, tenant engagement, marketing and events within a busy retail and commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

- Support lease administration, renewals and tenant onboarding
- Build positive relationships with tenants and respond to enquiries
- Coordinate casual leasing opportunities and venue bookings
- Assist with rental administration and maintain accurate property records
- Support centre marketing, social media, promotions and events
- Assist the Property team with the day-to-day presentation and operation of the centre
- Provide general administrative support across the property portfolio





About you

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities
- Friendly and qualified with strong communication skills
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- Experience in property, leasing, real estate, retail centres, administration or customer service will be highly regarded
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
