Job Description
Kindilan is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead and support the daily operations of our outdoor education centre in Redland Bay.
You will guide activity instructors, coordinate staff, and ensure protected, high-quality guest experiences from arrival to departure.
You will mentor staff, engage with visiting teachers, and handle rostering, safety and compliance in a quick-paced workplace.
Join a hands-on, team-driven centre with a focus on youth learning and safety.
