Job Description

L’Oréal Australia is seeking a Demand Planning Manager based in Melbourne to lead the forecasting strategy for our Consumer Products Division. You will report to the Supply Chain Director and drive S&OP; excellence while guiding a talented team.

You will coordinate cross-functional forecasts with Marketing, Supply Planning, Finance and Sales, ensuring baseline planning for launches and promotions. A robust emphasis on KPI-driven performance and continuous learning will shape your leadership.
