Field Service / Industrial Roller Shutter / Door Technician n

Responsibilities and Duties n

n
- Install, Service & Repair Commercial Roller Shutters / Doors, Rapid Doors, Sectional Doors, Impact Swing Doors, and Strip Screens across NSW.
n
- Travel as required for onsite works, including extended stays away from home from time to time.
n
- Attend sites, complete inductions, sign in, and follow all documented service procedures.
n
- Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up after maintenance work.
n
- Be available for on-call service work as required.
n
- Be available for overtime and night works from time to time.
n
- Conduct pre-site evaluations, including taking measurements,



photographs, and providing professional advice for installations and service work.
n

Housekeeping & Safety Compliance nn
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and company vehicle.
n
- Ensure full compliance with company health and safety policies and procedure
n

Required Skills: nn
- Experience in roller shutters and or high speed doors will be highly regarded
n
- Mechanical aptitude
n
- Work requires qualified verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
n
- A Forklift licence will be well regarded
n
- An EWP up to 11m will be well regarded
n
- A white card will be required
n
