We're looking for a casual Commis Chef to join the kitchen at Beverly Rooftop.

The venue

We're on Level 24 at 627 Chapel Street with 270-degree views over the city. The menu puts a Southern Californian spin on modern dining, backed by a serious cocktail list and a room with real energy. It's busy, it's fun, and we do big numbers, so you'll learn fast.

What you'll be doing

- Prep and service across the sections
- Keeping your station clean, organised and ready to go
- Following recipes and specs to get every plate right
- Working with the team to keep the pass moving on busy services

What we're after

- Some experience in a commercial kitchen
- Positive knife skills and a solid grasp of the basics
- Someone who takes direction well and wants to learn
- Calm under pressure and happy to get stuck in
- Availability across nights and weekends
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery or currently studying is a plus
