About the Role

We are currently looking for a keen and reliable Grader Labourer to join our team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is hardworking, motivated and looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career within the civil construction industry.

REQUIREMENTS

- Assisting and following the Grader Operator;

- Sweeping and general clean-up;

- Cleaning kerbs and edges;

- Assisting with stringline work;

- Measuring and checking levels;

- General labouring duties as required;

- Current WHS Construction Induction Card (White Card);

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment;

- Reliable and team-oriented;

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical; and





- Assisting the Grader Operator and broader civil crew to ensure projects run efficiently.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Is keen, reliable and hardworking

- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Is willing to learn and take direction

- Has an interest in developing a career in the civil construction industry

- Can work well as part of a team

- Takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the company

- Previous civil construction or grader labourer experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate
