Victoria Racing Club (VRC) in Melbourne seeks experienced Sommeliers to join our team for the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Working within premium hospitality environments, you'll deliver world-class wine service to guests in exclusive dining rooms, members' areas, and corporate venues.

Successful candidates will showcase wine expertise, recommend pairings, and maintain knowledge of regions and vintages. RSA certification and solid guest communication are required, with availability for key October
