Job Description

Xplor Education is seeking a Manager Customer Onboarding on a 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract to lead the team that helps recent customers set up on our platforms, learn how to use them, and move through a simple onboarding journey.

You'll oversee end-to-end onboarding across Xplor Education, Discover, QikKids, and MyWaitlist, coaching Onboarding Specialists and Data Specialists to ensure fast, seamless implementations for early childhood educators.
