Rydges Resort Hunter Valley Gather is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef and lead daily kitchen operations during dinner service.
You'll oversee food preparation, staff supervision, and quality across Gather's kitchen and banquet events.
The role requires 2–3 years in premium hotel/restaurant environments, solid leadership, and a passion for high culinary standards.
You'll work in a energetic kitchen culture with prospects for growth within EVT's network.
