Allambi Care is seeking Residential Care Workers to support youth aged 12 to 17 in our care placements.
You will provide around-the-clock care as part of a dedicated team, building trusting relationships and supporting young people through routine activities and programs.
We offer induction, weekend/out-of-hours shifts with penalty rates, ongoing supervision, and access to training.
Successful applicants join a supportive skilled network focused on meaningful outcomes for adolescents.
