Blackboard is a creative and paid social agency in Richmond. You will own the creative strategy across our accounts, write UGC scripts at high volume, and use ad data to decide what gets written next.

This role focuses on scripting, hooks and direction for multiple brands, collaborating with the talent manager and post‑production. It’s a fast‑growing team with hybrid work and a explicit path to lead the creative department.
