About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Trainer & Assessor to join our team in Brisbane and deliver training and assessment for:

- CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services

- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, structured and industry-relevant training and assessment.

- Facilitate classroom-based training in accordance with the approved training and assessment strategies.

- Develop a positive and supportive learning environment.

- Assess student competency in accordance with assessment requirements and organisational procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, assessment outcomes and participation.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.





- Identify and support individual student learning needs.

- Maintain current industry knowledge and vocational competence.

- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement activities.

- Ensure training and assessment is delivered in accordance with ASQA requirements and the Standards for RTOs 2025.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have:

- Relevant industry qualifications and experience in Community Services and/or Ageing Support.

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or an equivalent current training and assessment credential.

- Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing vocational education and training.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

- Current industry knowledge and evidence of ongoing professional development.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional training team.

- Understanding of competency-based training and assessment principles.

Desirable

- Experience delivering CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services.

- Experience delivering CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support.

- Previous experience working with domestic and/or international students.

- Knowledge of RTO compliance and the Standards for RTOs 2025.
